About The SaumBuilt in 1926 by The Saum Architects as a luxury hotel, The Saum offers elegant living and modern conveniences. The historic building is nine stories tall and has five floor plans each with its own unique view of the city. Many of our units maintain their original architectural detail, including the lobby and the parlor.
