Everett, WA said on 06/04/09: 		Avalon Highgrove Excessive move out charges!!! I have always received 100% of my deposit fees back from every place I have ever rented until here. They charged me for cleaning after I had scrubbed every surface possible and for pet damage that occurred prior to me living there. They kept all of my deposit and charged me $150 in addition. I would never recommend anyone ever live here or if you do, don't think you will get any deposit back. I am so glad I moved. STAY AWAY!!!!
