About Valley View Town Homes

We have 1 bedroom w/ Den & 2 bedroom w/basement Town homes available. All are reasonably priced! These rates include utilities such as water, garbage and sewer. Single stall garages are also available at a rate of $50 a month. Security deposits generally start at price of rent, depending on qualifications. Our application process includes a credit report, rental and employment history, income guidelines and a criminal background check. We will not accept an applicant if they have a prior eviction, or a felony in their background. We offer 6 month and 1 year lease terms. Cats and dogs are allowed with an additional $250-400 per animal non-refundable fee. Please ask about our current specials! We are minutes away from La Crosse and many outdoor activities. We have great access to the major highways including I-90 and are an easy commute to Rochester, Winona & Wisconsin Dells. You can't beat our town home living with private entrances, patios and all the other great amenities we offer!
