About Riverview ApartmentsWe have 1 bedroom & 2 bedroom apartments available. All are reasonably priced between $459-$549 per month. These rates include utilities such as water, garbage and sewer. Single stall garages with remotes are also available at a rate of $50 a month. Security deposits generally start at price of rent, depending on qualifications. Our application process includes a credit report, rental and employment history, income guidelines and a criminal background check. We will not accept an applicant if they have a prior eviction, or a felony in their background. We offer 6 month and 1 year lease terms. Cats are allowed with an additional $150 per animal non-refundable fee. We are minutes away from Shelby Mall, Wal-Mart Super Store, both Hospitals, The Village Shopping Center and many outdoor activities. We have great access to the major highways including I-90 and are an easy commute to Rochester, Winona & Wisconsin Dells.
