Tinbridge Manor is a 56 unit Senior (55 and older) tax credit community located near the Garland Hill Historic District in Lynchburg, Virginia. Tinbridge Manor rents one and two bedroom units. The unit interiors are spacious with open floor designs in the living and kitchen areas. The units are cable ready with wall to wall carpet and vinyl flooring. The kitchens are equipped with a frost free refrigerator and stove range. We also offer storage closets and emergency call systems. The property amenities consist of GLTC on-site bus stop, elevator in each building, on-site laundry facility, beautifully landscaped grounds, pavilion, and reading garden with fountain. Also, the four story main building houses a spacious community room equipped with a kitchen, treadmill, cable television, plush couches, mini-library, and a Bingo machine. Water, sewer, and trash disposal are included in the rent. We also have a variety of community activities for residents to be involved in.
