About Parkside Place Apartments

Parkside Place has been completely renovated and upgraded in 2008. The location is accessed directly from Spencer Highway and offers two levels of apartment homes. All units come with ceiling fans in the dining rooms and in all bedrooms and are oversized with walk-in closets. Upgraded units come with wood flooring and resurfaced countertops. Most units have direct access to covered parking from the rear door even on the 2nd floor.
