About 10th at Hoyt

As you walk past the third funky little coffee shop in two blocks on your way to 10th@Hoyt Apartments in downtown Portland, you're already starting to think this might be a pretty nice place to live. At World Cup there are a couple of old timers in the window completely absorbed by a half-empty chessboard. Behind them a college student in a hoodie slouches on a couch, laptop open, earphones on.
