Shaker Square Plaza is located minutes from Shaker Square shopping center and rapid transit making it an extremely convenient location for anyone traveling in the Cleveland Metropolitan area. Affordable pricing allows you to save and spend your hard earned money where it's needed the most while enjoying your comfortable home here at Shaker Square Plaza. Shaker Square Plaza is located at 2915 East 130th Street. The apartment consists of 2 three story brick buildings, with four efficiency units of 386 square feet, 5 one bedroom/one bathroom units averaging 504 square feet and 16, two bedroom/one bathroom units of 749 square feet and 11, two bedroom, one bathroom (with den) units of 875 square feet. In addition, there are eight retail storefronts ranging from 1,085 to 1,155 square feet. Built in 1920, the buildings are in the midst of major remodeling. The heat is provided by gas-fired boilers in both the apartment and retail units. Hot water is provided by three, 100-gallon hot water heaters in each of the buildings. There is a flat, built-up, composition roof on each of the buildings, which are in good shape, and the windows have been completely replaced with new high efficiency double pane windows. New paint and laminate wood flooring has been installed throughout most of the building and units to give it a beautiful feel.
