About Parke Place TownhomesParke Place is situated in the heart of the seaside city of Seabrook, New Hampshire only a short distance from local beaches, shopping and other quaint seaside towns such as Newburyport and Portsmouth. Our location is optimal for commuters as we are close to 95, 495, 101 and route 1. Our beautiful townhomes are spacious with 1175 square feet and fenced in patios with potting/storage shed. Each townhome features fully applianced eat in kitchen including a dishwasher, washer and dryer in downstairs 1/2 bath, full bath upstairs, ceramic tiled kitchens and baths, plush wall-to-wall carpeting in bedrooms and living area, ample closet space, central heat and air conditioning. We have a seasonal pool, additional 24/7 laundry center with bigger machines, full-time maintenance staff and free parking for residents and their guests.
