To top it all off, our buildings were built with 3 1/2 inches of concrete between the floors and 8 1/2" of concrete separating the units. Our top priority is customer service both in the management office and with our 24-hour emergency on-call maintenance teamGrandview's first phase was built in 1996, the second phase was built in 1999. Phase three was completed in 2004 with clubhouse.
