Lakeside Apartments is a small community that offers great values in apartment living and convenience to the Lake Norman/Davidson area. We are located within walking distance to area shopping, dining, schools and CATS bus line. Our apartments offer open garden style living with interior storage. We welcome pets up to 45 pounds with certain breed restrictions. Non-agressive breed dogs up to 65 pounds maximum accepted at a higher pet fee. Lakeside is only minutes from Exit 30 on I-77, as well as Highway 73 and Highway 115. Lake Norman, Davidson College and Nascar Technical Institute are all within close proximity.
