At Colony Apartmetnt Homes, the comforts of renting are yours without that "boxed" in feeling. Located near the intersection of 35W and 76th street in Richfield, this distinctive, contemporary community offers both convenience and comfort to its residents. The Colony Apartment Homes feature one, two and three bedroom apartments as well as 2-story, two bedroom townhouse units. Each unit contains its own gas forced air furnace allowing the resident to control both the heat, and central air conditioning. The heat is paid for by the Colony Apartment Homes. Our apartments feature parquet flooring and/or carpeting. The 2-story townhouse units feature a combination of carpeting, parquet and plank hardwood flooring. Many of the units offer large private patios or decks. Individual garages and headbolt heaters are available at a reasonable fee. Outdoor amenities include swimming, wading pools and sundeck; and adjacent to park, playground area and tennis courts. We are only ten minutes to Downtown Minneapolis. The MTC Express Bus is also available nearby.
