About Hawk Lake Apartments & Townhomes

Hawk Lake Apartments is a small complex with 89 apartments and 6 townhouses. We are situated on a private area on hawk Lake which is a private 17 acre lake. We have a beach and dock where tenants can use a row boat or canoe to fish, etc. The tenants also use the beach in the summer for fires in the evening and cook outs and horse-shoe and volleyball. We have 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, and 2 bedroom townhouses. The residents represent families with children, seniors, singles and roommates. It is a quite community that is run by a private company not a management company.
