About Colonial Place Apartments

Enjoy cooking in your newer remodeled kitchen. Neutral decor and window treatments look great with any color or style furnishings. Buildings are cable ready so it is easy for you to get high speed internet cable TV if you choose. Plus, you dont have to leave the building to do laundry as we have laundry facilities on the main floor of both buildings. We have both 1 BR/1 Bath or 2 BR/1 Bath apartments, or if you want something a little smaller, we do have a studio apartment as well. Rent inclueds heat, water, sewer, garbage and we have ample parking. Residents pay electric. Colonial Place is located in downtown Lansing within walking distance of Cooley Law School and the State Capitol. It is just a block or two from a park and from the CATA bus line.
