Located between the Western Lakeshore and Grand Rapids in Allendale (near GVSU). Close to shopping and doctors. Our spacious, open floor plans of each home includes a galley kitchen, full size appliances, a breakfast island, dining/living room, large closets and a washer/dryer. The rooms are equipped with emergency pull cords, smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors and an intercom front door system. We have 24 hour on-site maintenance and professional management. The elegant community center has daily activities like Bingo/Potlucks/Crafts, Big screen TV with cable, fireplace and a Full library with Internet. We also have on-site Beauty/Barber Shop. We have both city and countryside views. Our park-like setting includes paved nature trails, shuffleboard, horseshoes and a quaint gazebo. The on-site van takes riders to appointments, grocery stores, out on errands, etc. and on day trips out-of-town.
