Tenant pays for gas and electricity. Close to the ride on bus, walk to the silver spring metro,to shops,silgo park and more. Short term leases may also be available. Other furnished and unfurnished apartments may become available. Pets are considered. There may be an additional charge per month. The apartment is in small three story garden apartment buildings. Further descriptions are below: The apartments have grassy areas surrounding the buildings. All are with with a/c , w/d facilities on site. Cable wired for TV, and internet access. Off street parking for most buildings; ride-on bus is close by as well as other amenities described below. The Silver Spring Metro Station is within a 20-40 minute walk from most of the buildings. The U of M bus shuttle operates along Wayne Ave and Piney Branch Rd. Plymouth St and Bradford RD are close to the Flower/ Wayne Ave intersection. Domer, Garland Hudson and Roanoke are close to Flower Ave.bewteen Piney Branch and Columbia Union College. All apartments have excellent access to Ride-On bus service to the Silver Spring and Takoma Park Metro stations. The J-4 bus line operates from Piney Branch and Flower Ave to Bethesda and College Park. All buildings are within a short walk to Sligo Park,with hiking trails, picnicing, golf, tennis, basketball and more. There is a large shopping area at Flower and Piney Branch Rd. Located there are two super markets,including a large Giant, as well as numerous restaurants, specialty shops, banks, dry cleaner and much more. Apartments are shown by appointment. Appointments to see the apartments can be made for regular business hours or for after work during the week or on Saturdays or Sundays.
