As the brochure illustrates, our apartments are indeed spacious! Each unit is renovated and furnished with wall to wall carpeting. The kitchens come equipped with an 18 cubic foot refrigerator with ice maker, a self cleaning range, no wax kitchen floors, refinished wood cabinets, a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and louvered French sliding doors separating the kitchen from the dining area. The bathrooms have vanities, medicine cabinets, textured ceilings in select units, and stackable washers and dryers. The heating and air conditioning is individually controlled on a heat pump system. We provide vertical blinds for the large patio/ balcony door, and mini-blinds for the windows. The hot water is fueled by gas and included in the rent. If you choose Randolph Square Apartments as your next home, you'll find ample parking in our free; unassigned, and well lit lots. Select units contain storage spaces, located in either your building or on the terrace at no cost for you. Living here will provide you with the access to public transportation such as local Metro Stations and Ride-on bus stops.
