About Point of PinesPoint of Pines is just North of Boston and is nestled between the bay and Revere Beach (which is only two blocks away). The 72 apartments are brand new construction with classic appointments. The balconies are large. The family room and reception have Pergo wood flooring and the kitchen and baths are floored with Italian tile. Each unit has a large balcony and some have two. The apartments exceed 1200 feet and the closets are very spacious. In addition, there is a very large storage closet in each unit. Washer and dryer are installed in each apartment and the heat and air-conditioning are individually controlled. Parking is included. We feature a keyless chip entry system and lobby camera viewable on each cable TV. We have a live-in superintendent and the building has been in operation for only five years. Convenient to Boston, the North Shore and Airport. Logan Airport and the downtown tunnel only ten minutes away. An express bus to Boston is less than 100 yards away and the subway to downtown less than two miles.
