Surrounded by a quiet residential neighborhood, The Chalet Apartments is located directely across the street from beautiful Gage Park. We have recently preformed MAJOR renovations including new exterior paint, new roofs, and updated laundry facilities, just to name a few! At Chalet you can experience an Old World, European atmosphere unlike any other community. Saturday errands become a walk in the park with dining, shopping and grocery within close proximity. We allow both cats and dogs (large or small); however, we do have a breed restriction on puppies, so be sure to ask for details. With I-70 literally down the block and a community bus stop across the street, Chalet grants easy access to virtually anywhere in the Greater Topeka area.
