Logger Creek at Parkcenter is located in South East Boise's prestigious Parkcenter neighborhood. We are located one block from the Boise River and Greenbelt and within 5 minutes of beautiful downtown Boise. Every apartment home here at Logger Creek is finished with granite-slab countertops, terra-cotta tile flooring, upgraded black appliances, walk-in kitchen pantries, walk-in closets, 9' ceiling and full sized washers and dryers. We are also located on Logger Creek so select apartment homes have beautiful views of the creek side and Boise mountains. Our one bedroom apartment homes start at $700 and range from 769 sq. ft. to 848 sq. ft. Our two bedrooms, two bathroom apartment homes start at $900 and are 1.086 sq. ft. and 1,100 sq. ft. Our three bedroom , two bathroom townhouse is $1200 per month and 1,646sq. ft. Our deposits and move-in fees are as follows: $40 application fee per person for credit and criminal history checks. $150 administrative fee will hold your apartment, and $200 refundable deposit is due upon move-in. We do allow pets with an additional deposit of $750 ($500) refundable per dog and $300 ($150) refundable per ceat. We do have a breed restriction for the dogs.
