About Elmcrest Apartments

We pay the gas, which means we pay the heat. We also pay water, sewer and trash. You are responsible for the electricity, which averages bwetween $20-$45/mo. We are on the MTA Busline #6, which does go downtown. Our school district is Granger Elementary, Weeks Middle, and Lincoln High. There is a public library located at 111 Porter Ave, which is only a few blocks southwest of us. Several businesses less than a mile from us are: 2 Hy-Vees, a Wal-Mart, Aldi's, Target, Best Buy, several video stores, Home Depot, Menard's, several fast food and regular restaurants, and Southridge Mall.
