About Etowah Village

Etowah Village is a tax credit community located in the city of Cartersville, GA. We offer affordable 2- and 3-bedroom garden-style apartment homes. We were built in 1996 and we have 96 units with assorted community activities, such as: afterschool program, basketball court, tetherball, and a playground. For the convenience of our residents, we also have 24-hour maintenance, a laundry center, and a carwash.
