About Hotel Roxy Lofts

The Hotel Roxy Lofts brick and timber building was built in 1921 and in its lifetime has served as a whole grocer, hotel and furniture store. Located in midtown Atlanta near Georgia Institute of Technology, Coca-Cola's worldwide headquarters and the Means Street Arts District, the property was renovated in 1995 to incorporate 18 loft apartments and approximately 10,000 sq. ft. of retail/restaurant space. All of the lofts feature restored hardwood floors, exposed brick and pipework, Euro-style kitchens, washer/dryer connections and large warehouse windows with blinds. Select units feature 17 foot ceilings, upstairs/downstairs layout, private entrances and fantastic view of the Atlanta skyline. Amenities include a controlled access gate system surround a private parking lot, picnic area and two roof decks.
