About Holly House

Holly House is located in the beautiful Historic District of Woodbury and situated on a very private 5 acre site with several short trails and plenty of space to roam. The complex is a mix of two-bedroom townhomes and one and two-bedroom 1st floor apartments. These updated units offer hardwood floors or wall-to-wall carpet in the living rooms, bedrooms and hallways. Each apartment is furnished with a full-size range, refrigerator and dishwasher. All apartments have a patio and level front entry. There is ample parking directly in front or within a few steps of your unit. There is a laundry room in each or our three buildings. Baseboard heat and hot water are included in the rent. Most importantly, you will have a landlord, management staff and service people who are local, care about you and want to make sure your stay with us is a pleasurable one and a place you will proudly recommend to others.
