The Town of Bloomfield, Bloomfield Beautification Committee has awarded The 600 Apartments one of their "annual awards in recognition of the attractively landscaped and colorful entrance to your apartment complex." The 600 Apartments on Cottage Grove Road in Bloomfield, CT, is a private community of 161 spacious residences arranged in 13 secluded, separate buildings. The 30-acre site is bordered by a clear, flowing brook, which winds through picturesque, shaded landscape. The grounds are meticulously maintained and offer excellent routes for walking and jogging. Conveniently located a half-mile east of CIGNA, 3 miles west of I-91, with downtown Hartford and I-84 just 3 miles south. Bradley International Airport is a short 15-minute drive. Bloomfield Center is 1 mile and the University of Hartford is 2 miles. The spacious modern units are sound insulated with large Thermopane wood casement windows. Thermopane sliding doors open on a balcony, covered terrace, or enclosed porch. A typical one-bedroom unit offers 1,025 square feet and a two-bedroom/den offers 1,465 square feet. Other configurations are available. Each residence is fully carpeted or has hardwood floors. Spacious closets and linen storage areas are provided. Two-bedroom residences have two full baths and range from 1,300 square feet to 2,000 square feet.
