About Bostwick Building

The Bostwick Building apartments are very unique and special. The Bostwick building has an incredible history. Constructed in 1887, the Bostwick served as a hotel for many years. You'll love its distinctive exterior design - it narrows at one end for a very dramatic effect. Inside, the vaulted ceilings, 7 foot windows, and a magnificent staircase exude old-world charm. Some units have bay windows and brick inlay on some walls. Every unit has hardwood floors and gorgeous crown molding. The Bostwick Building is centrally located in the theatre and antique district of downtown Tacoma, close to bus lines, light rail, museums, and the University of Washington campus.
