Choose from contemporary luxury buildings with full-service amenities, as well as intimate, historic buildings where character and charm are the defining features. Personalized Service: Pied- -Terre Properties is a mother/daughter owned and operated business that places the utmost emphasis on service and professionalism, providing a unique solution for those in need of interim living. Furnishings and accessories of antiques, china and linens are just a few of the touches which make our residences feel less like housing and more like home. Our focus on customer service is the foundation of our goal to build lasting, long-term relationships with our clients. Our residents remember Pied- -Terre Properties long after their departure, referring us to others and returning to stay with us time and time again. Our properties vary in size from studio apartments to two-bedroom townhouses, with prices from $2,500 to $6,500 monthly. All inclusive rates provide utilities, expanded cable, unlimited local phone service with voice mail, and high-speed DSL Internet service along with any additional building amenities and taxes. Parking and housekeeping services are available for an additional charge although a small number of our properties do include parking in the monthly rate. Clients are offered the flexibility of a sixty (60) day minimum stay that automatically extends with only a thirty (30) day written notice required to vacate.
