Our three bedroom/1½ bath unit is large and bright with 1201 sq feet. Our two bedroom unit is large, bright and spacious with 963 sq feet. The townhouse style with the bedrooms and one bath upstairs provides a sense of quiet since no one walks above you, in our three bedroom units there is also a half bath downstairs for your convenience..
Our recently renovated unit has a bright and colorful feel that is comfortable to live in. The kitchen has a self-cleaning oven and dishwasher as well as a breakfast bar that opens to a separate dining area.
The living room is spacious. A patio just off the living room allows plenty of light in and a nice outdoor space for BBQs.
The bathrooms have a tiled counter and warm green walls.
There is plenty of storage in the kitchen & hall closet downstairs, and in our 3 bedrooms units the master bedroom has a walk-closet. One parking space is assigned to your unit and a laundry is on the property. One parking space is provided near your unit and an overflow parking lot is on B St.
