About Horseshoe Courtyards

This six unit building is located at the corner of Jackson and School Street in Sanford. $750/month includes off street parking, Heat, Hot Water, Water, Sewer, Plowing, and General maintenance. Dogs of all sizes and breeds are welcome with proof of rabies vaccination and manager's approval. $100 one time fee(non refundable) per dog is required at move in. Cats are also welcome, but must be spade/neutered. This 2 bedroom unit is the only unit on the 3rd level. It offers two bedrooms, a kitchen, a livingroom, two parking spaces and a washer/dryer hookup. First month and security are required at move in which can be immediate (pending application review). All tenants are required to fill out an application and sign off on the building rules. These rules are intended to preserve the tenants' quality of life and safety. As of 9/1/07, this building is under new management. Three more apartments will be available by October 1. The 3rd story two bedroom is available now.
