If you could poll each and every person in the United States and ask they how happy they are with where they live, most people would probably say they wish they lived somewhere else. One area that more and more people are moving to every year is the Dallas Metroplex, and the town of Irving, especially. Irving is an western suburb of Dallas and an eastern suburb of Fort Worth, but it is also a wonderful place to live. The Lone Star State’s number one city has been growing for a reason: good jobs, cheap rent and genuinely happy people make up this great town. And how many people can say they live in the home of the Dallas Cowboys? If you have a great Irving apartment, you can!

There is plenty to do in Irving and if you travel to nearby Dallas or Fort Worth, your options expand exponentially. The biggest attraction in Irving is easily the home of the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Stadium. This landmark is the center of the football universe during fall Sundays, but the space is also used for concerts and lots of other events, so there is something happening there year round. Irving is also home to part of Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, one of the busiest airports in the world. Not only is getting in and out of the Dallas Metroplex easy from Irving, the airport is also a huge local employer.

The best part about living in Irving is the ease in which you can get to either Dallas or Fort Worth in only minutes. Irving is far from a bedroom community, but many people who live there do work in other parts of the Metroplex, and thanks to Irving’s proximity to public transit and local highways, getting to and from the city, and more importantly, getting back home at night, is a snap.

If you’re looking for a studio Irving apartment, you can expect to save some serious bucks! A studio Irving apartment generally goes for as little as $400. A one bedroom Irving apartment will go for $500-$750. A two bedroom Irving apartment is usually in the neighborhood of $800-$1000 and a larger Irving apartment will go for as high as $1500 in most cases. As you can see, the cost of living in the Dallas Metroplex is much lower than the national average, which means you’ll have more money in your pocket each month!
